"Wrong filter spec, wrong part number"
I ordered the P100 cartridges based on the listed part number, but they didn’t match what was advertised. The spec was wrong, wrong, wrong, and I couldn’t get any real help sorting it out.

"Return was fine, just slow"
Ordered from Jendco Safety and ended up returning one thing because it didn’t fit right. The return process was okay, though I had to poke around a little to find what I needed.
The refund came through eventually, just slower than I thought it would. Overall not terrible, just not the smoothest.

"A little disappointing when it finally arrived"
I was excited waiting for this to show up because the description made it sound nicer than it turned out to be. I remember opening the package and feeling that quick little drop of disappointment when I picked it up, it just felt cheaper than I expected. It looks okay, but it didn’t really match the image I had in my head from the listing.

"Shipping is taking way too long"
I’m still waiting for my order, and it’s frustrating. I get that delays can happen, but it would be decent to keep customers updated when something is taking this long.

"Purchase order process was easy enough"
I used a purchase order for my order, and overall it went smoothly. The confirmation took a little longer than I expected, but when I reached out, customer service got back to me and helped keep things moving. Everything arrived as expected, so I’m happy with the experience. Not the fastest process, but I’d be fine ordering this way again
"Wish I’d planned more time for the bulk order"
I placed a bulk order thinking it would be straightforward, but I kind of regret not starting the process earlier. Support did get back to me, but the replies were slower than I expected, and I ended up having to repeat the same question before I got a clear answer. The prices were decent, so that part wasn’t really the issue. It was more the ordering process itself that felt more confusing than it needed to be

"Refund Process Took Longer Than Expected"
Placing the order was totally fine, and I didn’t have any issues with that part. However, the refund process took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to follow up more than once to see what was going on.
To be fair, they did issue the refund in the end, which I appreciate. Still, the overall experience was a bit frustrating and not as smooth as it could have been. Not the worst, but definitely kinda annoying.
"Delivery took longer than expected"
I ordered from jendcosafety.com and, to be fair, everything did eventually show up. The delivery just felt kind of unreliable. The tracking barely updated, and my order arrived later than I was originally told. Customer service did respond when I reached out, but the replies were vague and didn’t really clear much up. Anyway, the products themselves were fine once they got here, but I’d be hesitant to order again if I needed something by a specific date.

"I needed to pick up a few safety..."
I needed to pick up a few safety items for work, and I was grateful that jendcosafety.com had most of what I needed in stock. A couple other sites made it look like they had things available, but then they turned out to be backordered.
One item I wanted was running low, so I ended up switching to a different color. It wasn’t a big deal, and I appreciated still having an option that worked.
Overall, it was a good experience and I’m thankful I was able to get most of my order handled without too much hassle. I just wish the stock info was a little clearer on every product.

"Prices felt too high, and my simple question went ignored"
I checked out a few safety items, but the prices just didn’t seem very competitive compared to other places. I also had a basic question and never really got a response, which was frustrating. Ended up finding the same stuff cheaper somewhere else, so I didn’t place an order.

"Backorder was handled poorly"
I ordered from Jendco Safety and only found out afterward that the item was on backorder. From my experience, the frustrating part wasn’t even the backorder itself, but the lack of clear updates. I had to reach out to get any information, and even then the responses were vague.
I understand that delays can happen, but it felt like my order was just sitting there with no real communication unless I pushed for answers. What should’ve been a simple purchase ended up being a lot more hassle than I expected

"Slow support and too many policy excuses"
I had to wait way too long to hear back from support, and when they finally responded, it felt like they mostly leaned on policy excuses instead of actually helping. Frustrating experience overall.

I reached out about the issue, but I’m still in the same spot. I was told a few different things about when it might be handled, and now I’m not even sure what the actual timeline is supposed to be. So far, it doesn’t feel like I’ve gotten any real help, and the problem still isn’t fixed

"Not really worth the price"
The stuff I got was fine overall , but it felt a bit overpriced for what it was . Shipping ended up costing more than I expected too . The quality isn’t awful or anything , I just didn’t feel like I got great value compared to other places I’ve ordered from

I reached out asking for a quote and then just never heard back. Maybe they were busy or something, but it was annoying. I wasn’t super upset at first, but after waiting around with no response, it definitely got frustrating.

"Tracking felt weirdly suspicious"
My tracking just sat there for days with zero updates, and nobody bothered to explain what was going on. At some point it felt like my order had been quietly sent into some secret warehouse dimension and everyone was pretending not to know. Super frustrating experience...

"Poor updates and hard to get answers"
I ordered from jendcosafety.com , and the biggest problem for me was just not knowing what was happening after I got the order confirmation . It felt like everything went quiet , which made the whole process a bit stressful .
I ended up having to contact them myself to ask for updates , and even then the replies were slow and kind of vague . I was not looking for anything complicated , just a basic status update would have been enough .
The product itself might be totally fine , but the lack of communication really took away from the experience . I probably would not order from them again unless they get better about keeping customers informed
